WHAT A MESS WE'RE IN

You walk around with a face mask on...
Like someone who landed from Mars...
You see someone who's coughing...
And right away think SARS!
And if that isn't bad enough...
Now there's something new...
If you eat any kind of beef...
You may walk around and Moooo!
They tell us not to worry...
Go about your daily routine...
After telling us of terrorists attacks...
I'm so nervous I could scream!
I started eating chicken...
Seemed like the safest thing to do...
And wouldn't you know in no time at all...
They now have "Chicken Flu"
I don't want to listen to the news...
I need a more peaceful place...
I'm signing up tomorrow...
To go to outer space!

Incertainty as your guide

The road ahead never gives away the promise
The road ahead is a highway or a dead-end stream
The road ahead never answers any questions
And nothing is sure al the way, not even tomorrow
With miles of the unknown ahead of you

The road ahead is empty
It's paved, with miles of the unknown
Whatever seems to be your destination
Take life the
