Lonely Heart

I turn the music speakers loud
So I can't hear a single sound
Of people laughing, talking, whispering
I'm all alone yet in a crowd

     Confusion,  so much confusion

I close my eyes so I can see
Sweet memories of yesterday
But all I feel is more confusion
As my heart and soul begins to cry

I long to be in a safer place
Where I still have my Mom and Dad
But knowing they are gone from me
Makes me feel very sad
